Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Ledge Tower (“the app”), published by Qaimos LTD trading as Qaimos Gaming, handles information when you use the iOS or Android game. The app does not require an account and does not operate a cloud save service.

Gameplay data

The app stores local progress on your device (including UserDefaults on iOS and app preferences on Android), such as:

• Onboarding completion
• Unlocked level
• Points total
• Best star ratings per level

This information is used only to resume your game. It is not uploaded to a Qaimos server.

Device permissions

Ledge Tower may use:

• Motion / accelerometer — to orbit the camera when you tilt the device left or right. Motion data is processed on device and is not sent to us.

The app does not request access to Photos, Camera, Microphone, Contacts, or Location.

Advertising

If you have not purchased an active Make It Yours subscription, the app may show Google AdMob banner ads from level 5, and a rewarded ad when you tap Next from level 7 (about every two to four levels).

Google may collect device identifiers and similar information to serve and measure ads, according to Google’s policies. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and Advertising pages.

We do not sell your personal information. An active Make It Yours subscription skips all ads for the subscribed period.

Purchases and subscriptions

Optional Make It Yours subscriptions are purchased through the same store that provided the app: Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, Google Play Billing on Android. Payment processing, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms and privacy policies. A purchase on one store does not unlock the other.

We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple or Google may share limited purchase status information with the app so we can disable ads on your device.

Data collection and sharing

Qaimos LTD does not operate a Ledge Tower backend that collects player profiles or tracks you across other apps or websites for our own advertising.

Apple may process App Store downloads, purchases, diagnostics, and related information under Apple’s privacy policy and your device settings. Google may process Google Play downloads, purchases, and advertising-related information under Google’s policies when you use the Android app or when ads are shown.

Storage and retention

Local game progress is stored in the app’s private storage on your device. Deleting the app removes that storage. We cannot recover a deleted local save.

Children’s privacy

Ledge Tower is a general-audience arcade game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel, such as an app update or this website.

Acceptance

By downloading or using Ledge Tower, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Store terms

Purchases and the licensed application on iOS are also governed by Apple’s terms, including Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

If there is a conflict between these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA for a Licensed Application obtained from the App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple.

The Android app is distributed through Google Play and is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with Google Play terms for a copy obtained from Google Play, Google Play terms control for that Android copy.

The service

Ledge Tower is an iPhone, iPad, and Android stacking arcade. You tap to drop sliding blocks, keep the overlapping slice, and climb through levels. Core gameplay runs locally on your device.

The free version may display banner and rewarded advertisements. Optional paid features currently consist of disabling those advertisements via Make It Yours.

Make It Yours subscription

Make It Yours is an auto-renewable subscription. Buy it from the same store that provided the app: Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, Google Play Billing on Android. The current plan is:

• Weekly — billed every week. Product ID com.stacktower.game.adfree.weekly. Typical price USD 0.99 per week; exact price is shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region and currency.

While the subscription is active, all ads in the app are skipped. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. A purchase on one store does not unlock the other.

Billing and cancellation

The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

On iOS, manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple or Google under that store’s refund policies.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Ledge Tower on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules and Apple’s Standard EULA, or the Google Play Terms of Service, depending on where you downloaded the app.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qaimos LTD disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law (including UK consumer law).
