Information the app stores on your device

The app keeps certain information locally on your iPhone so it can work offline and show your progress. For example, it may store records of completed resets (such as time completed and choices you make in the flow), preferences you set in the app, and similar session related details. This data stays in your app storage unless you remove the app or delete data through iOS.

Widgets and app groups

If you use Home Screen or Lock Screen widgets, limited information may be shared between the main app and the widget extension using Apple’s App Group storage on your device. That storage is not accessible to other developers’ apps.

What we do not do

• We do not require you to create an account in the app for basic use.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• This policy does not describe Apple’s own handling of analytics or crash data that iOS or TestFlight may collect according to your device settings.

Links and third parties

The app may open Apple system features (such as the App Store or Settings) or follow links you choose. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
