1. Acceptance
By downloading or using CocktailMeAI, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
App Store purchases are also subject to Apple's terms, including the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) where applicable.
2. Eligibility & age
You must be of legal drinking age in your country or region to use CocktailMeAI. The app includes alcoholic drink suggestions. By confirming your age during onboarding, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. The service
CocktailMeAI provides AI-generated cocktail and mocktail suggestions based on ingredients you supply by typing, speaking, or photographing bottles. Suggestions are for informational purposes only and may not suit every dietary need or preference.
Free users receive one AI analysis per calendar week. Premium subscribers receive unlimited analyses while their subscription is active.
4. Premium subscriptions
CocktailMeAI Premium is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Available plans:

5. Billing, renewal & cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or visit Apple Subscription Management. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
6. Responsible use
Never drink and drive. Follow local laws regarding alcohol. Drink in moderation. Mocktail suggestions are available for non-alcoholic options.
7. Disclaimer
AI-generated recipes are provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee accuracy, taste, or suitability. You are responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, and safe consumption.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
