Who we are
DoseSure is published by Qaimos. You can reach us at info@qaimos.co.uk.
Summary
The App is designed around on-device dose logging and settings you configure yourself. Depending on the version you use, data may remain on your device or, if you enable future features such as iCloud sync, be processed by Apple’s services under your Apple ID. We do not sell your personal information.
Information the App may store on your device
Examples include medication labels you enter, scheduled time windows, day-reset preferences, and timestamps when you log a dose. This information can be sensitive. You should protect device access (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) like any other personal data on your phone or tablet.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, the App may schedule local notifications on your device. Notification content is generated from your settings and logs. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings for DoseSure.
Apple and the App Store
Apple may collect diagnostics, analytics, payment, or crash information through iOS, the App Store, or TestFlight according to your settings and Apple’s policies. That processing is described by Apple, not fully by this policy.
Future sync or sharing features
If we introduce optional iCloud, family sharing, or caregiver mirroring, those features will rely on Apple’s infrastructure and will be disclosed in the App Store listing and in-app before you enable them. Until you opt in, we do not use those channels to process your dose data on your behalf.
Analytics and advertising
We do not integrate third party advertising SDKs into DoseSure as part of its product design. If we add optional analytics in a future version, we will describe what is collected, why it is needed, and how to turn it off where technically feasible.
Microphone, camera, and sensitive sensors
The App does not require microphone or camera access for core dose logging. If a future update requests additional permissions, we will explain the purpose in the App Store listing and in the system permission prompt.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 for independent use, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. Parents or guardians who install the App for family use remain responsible for the information they enter.

This site may link to email or external pages you choose to open. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data we hold about you as a controller, subject to exceptions under law. Email info@qaimos.co.uk to make a request. You can also delete the App from your device, which removes locally stored app data subject to iOS behaviour and any backups you control.
Changes
We may update this policy when the App or our practices change. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
