By downloading or using Decision Multiverse on iOS or Android, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The product
Decision Multiverse is a journaling tool. You record decisions and may read alternate “what if” stories (brighter, darker, sideways). Those stories are for reflection only. They are not advice, diagnoses, forecasts, or guarantees of any real-world outcome. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Your content
You own the journal entries you type. You are responsible for them. Do not enter information you are not allowed to store, and do not rely on the app as a backup of important records. Entries live on your device unless you choose to generate AI branches.
AI Deep Mind
Optional hosted generation is provided “as is.” Output can be wrong, incomplete, repetitive, or unhelpful. Networks fail. When they do, the app falls back to on-device templates. We may change, throttle, or discontinue the hosted model without notice.
Credits and purchases
- You start with 5 free credits.
- A consumable pack adds 20 credits. The reference price is about US $1.99; Apple and Google Play charge in your country’s currency and show the exact amount in the store sheet.
- One credit is used only after a successful AI Deep Mind generation. Templates and failed calls do not use a credit.
- Credits are consumable. They are not a subscription. They have no cash value. Refunds, if any, are handled under Apple’s or Google’s store rules, not by us directly.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the hosted endpoint (automated scraping, attempts to extract system prompts at scale, or unlawful content). We may refuse service where use would harm the product or others.
Availability and liability
The app and hosted generation are provided without warranties to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for decisions you make after reading a branch, for lost on-device data, or for store billing issues outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
